Vneshtorgbank and RussNeft to Have Agreed About Cooperation.
Moscow, 28th Sept. Vneshtorgbank (VTB) and NK Russneft OAO have announced today of having signed a cooperation agreement.
As Rosbalt has been informed at the Public Relations Service of VTB, the document determines main trends of interaction of the bank and oil company. Specifically the agreement stipulates cooperation in several spheres, including packaged bank services for Russneft; formation of short-term credits for its everyday activities; financial provision of the Company’s import operations, associated with acquiring equipment.
Moreover, it is planned that Vneshtorgbank shall take part in accomplishing current and strategic goals of Russneft, improve bank service of the Company’s operation, use the latest financial management technologies aimed at improving efficient operation of the Joint-Stock Company.
