Oil company RussNeft has bought Udmurt Oil Company. RussNeft official statement says that now the company owns 100% voting shares of Udmurt Oil Company.
The 29th of September 2005 is the date when Udmurt Oil Company voting shares were entered both in RussNeft’s stock deposit at the depositary and in the registered securities list.
Previously 85% of Udmurt Oil Company belonged to TNK-BP subsidiaries Sidanko and Udmurtneft.
