"RussNeft" to have bought Udmurtia Oil Company from TNK-BP.
Oil and Gas Company RussNeft OAO has bought 100% stake of Udmurt Oil Company OAO (Izhevsk).
RussNeft says in its statement that respective changes have been made in the shareholders register of Udmurt Oil Company on 29th September.
Udmurtneft OAO (РТС: UDMN) and Sidanko OAO forming part of TNK-BP were reported to be completely out of the chartered fund of Udmurt Oil Company.
According to the Fuel and Energy Complex Central Dispatcher Board, Udmurt Oil Company produced 68.6 thousand tons of crude in 2004, and 36.8 thousand tons for the eight months of 2005.
