Oil Company RussNeft OAO is planning to increase the number of petrol stations in Moscow and its province bringing it to 300, informed the company’s Vice President for Economics and Finances Olga Prozorovskaya at the presentation of RussNeft bonded debt.
According to her, Association Grand owned by RussNeft has come to an agreement with the government of Moscow concerning allotment of 30 parcels of land for construction of new petrol stations in the area of Moscow and its province.
As reported earlier, RussNeft is acquiring the biggest in Moscow independent network of gas-filling stations, or AZS, under the name of Association Grand ZAO. Currently Grand possesses 59 gas-filling complexes in Moscow, as well as petrol stations in the Moscow region and Krasnodarsky krai.
RussNeft is made up by 20 producing enterprises in Western Siberia, Tomsk, Penza, Samara, Novosibirsk, Ulyanovsk, Bryansk, Archangelsk regions, Republics of Komi and Udmurtia, as well as in Belarus.
The results of 2004 showed oil output of 10 million tons at RussNeft. The company’s total recoverable reserves are 450 million tons.
