President of RussNeft M.Gutseriev and President of Byelorussia A.Lukashenko Discussed Future Plan of the Company’s Actions in Byelorussia

In the course of the working meeting President of RussNeft Mikhail Gutseriev and President of the Republic of Byelorussia Alexander Lukashenko discussed the matters of mutually beneficial cooperation and discussed future plan of the company’s actions in Byelorussia. It was reported in a statement of RussNeft.

Head of the state and leader of the holding said they were satisfied with the results of the work of RussNeft’s subsidiary Slavneftekhim operating in the republic, and noted that the cooperation between the parties was favourable for the progress in fuel and energy integration of the two countries.
Slavneftekhim is engaged in crude oil refining and supplying consumers in Byelorussia with petroleum products. Moreover, the company supplies hydrocarbon feed to petrochemical enterprises of the republic and exports petroleum products to CIS, Eastern Europe and Baltic States.    
During the time of its operation at the market of Byelorussia Slavneftekhim has processed more than 1 million tons of feed at big petrochemical plants of the republic.  The petroleum products yielded are exported and delivered to the local market of Byelorussia in compliance with the protocol subject to monthly approval by concern Belneftekhim and the Economics Ministry of the Republic of Byelorussia.
In 2005 RussNeft delivered more than 1.5 million tons of crude oil to Byelorussian refineries which was twice as much as the showing of the previous year. Furthermore, in the fourth quarter RussNeft started regular deliveries of crude oil to the Republic of Byelorussia via its oil loading terminal found in the Bryansk region.
