Orenburg – June 14. Interfax – Oil Company RussNeft is going to deliver to Orsknefteorgsintez OAO, its subsidiary, wastewater treatment facilities valued at 50 million roubles, the company says in a press-release.
The equipment is to be commissioned in 2007. According to the statement of the company, the wastewater going through the new treatment facilities will come almost clean to water bodies.
The press-release also says that Orsknefteorgsintez is getting ready for replacing the light oil products loading pipe rack. In the current year the company is going to complete the design work and buy the equipment, and in 2007 the construction will start.
With the new loading rack commissioned, the process of loading the oil products in railway tank cars will be leak-proof enough to prevent pollutant emissions, the press-release reports.
In the structure of RussNeft there are 30 upstream companies, 3 oil refineries, a transport company and a retail network comprising 300 gas-filling stations.
