Saratovneftegas has held young experts’ training conference

During two days 15 reports have been presented. Vitaliy Kulagin won first place for the report ‘The Implementation of Hardness Transcribers Termit at Boiler-Facilities’. The second place for the work ‘Evaluation of the Resource Base and Development System of the Alekseevskoye field’ shared Maria Zabegalova, Raisa Kuzmina and Yulia Kuzmina. Evheniy Bobrov took the third place for the report ‘Implementation of PID-Regulation at OAO Saratovneftegaz Facilities’.

The prizes for ‘Relevance for Productivity Enhancement’ were given to Tatiana Shpurt for the report ‘Elaboration of Technology for Cementation Quality Determination of Wells Casing Columns on Wells Geophysical Study (as applied to the Saratov Volga region)’ and to Andrey Orlov for the report ‘Implementation of Global Positioning System at Transporting Facilities’. Natalia Kiseleva with the report ‘Using Associated Gas for Combined Production of Heat and Electric Energy at Gas Piston Unit at a Facility of Pugachev Oil and Gas Production Workshop of SP Smorodinka’ was awarded ‘For Challenging Idea of Project’. 

Saratovneftegaz has a newcomers’ development programme. The personnel department tries to look for, evaluate and choose perspective graduates in advance. Experienced supervisors are given to them, special programmes for education and development are organized. Scientific and training conferences take place annually. Competitors’ topics of reports touch upon all the aspects of company’s operation.
