RussNeft Sponsors Kickboxing Second Open Cup of Russia among Clubs
On November, 9 the competition of kickboxing second open Cup of Russia among clubs was launched at Zvezdniy. The general sponsor of the contest is Saratovneftegaz (RussNeft’s subsidiary).
The tournament under the slogan ‘Sport against the terror’ will end on November, 12. Ten years old’ kick boxers and older ones compete in four sections – low-kick, semi-contact, full-contact, and light-contact. 490 sportspersons from Russian towns and the CIS participate in the Cup: Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Volgograd, Samara, Magnitogorsk, Penza, Rostov, Toliatti, Ulyanovsk, Udmurtia, Tatarstan, Dagestan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan.
Among other welfare projects of Oil and Gas Company RussNeft , which supports youth’s sport – the building of a skate-park for extreme sports at Naberezhnaya Kosmonavtov; the acquisition of sports equipment for schools and kindergartens of the Volzhsk region – 17 tennis tables and 16 sport complexes.
With oil industry workers’ help technical test and repairs of the sport complex Lider have been carried out at the selo Pavlovka, the Marksovsky region. 10 children’s playgroundы are built at Saratov.
RussNeft plans to allocate over 40 mln rubles to welfare at the territory of the province this year.
