Summing up the Results of Activity of OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez” in 2006.

In 2006 ONOS refined more than 4 700 000 tons of oilstock.  As compared to the results of 2005 the volume of processing increased by more than  1 million tons (31,7%) .

Production of motor gasolines for the 12 months of 2006 amounted to more than 722 thousand tons, 33% more than for the same period of 2005.

In 2006 the plant fully discharged its tax liabilities to the budgets of all levels and non-budget funds. The total sum of the taxes paid amounted to 928 054 000 rubles, almost twice as much as for the twelve months of 2005. 

About 87 million rubles was remitted to the city budget. The sum of payments to the regional budget amounted to about 383 million rubles, and to the federal budget  - more than 357 million rubles. The plant remitted to non-budget funds 100 646 000 rubles.

In 2006 Oil and Gas Company “RussNeft” disbursed capital investments for the sum of more than 566 million rubles. The cost of replacement of worn-out equipment amounted to 353 million rubles, twice as much as in 2005.

A positive result was received from the measures on reduction of losses, fuel, heating and electric power consumption.
During the report period special attention was being paid to implementation of the ecological program. The expenditures connected with this program in 2006 amounted to about 165 million  rubles (as compared to 54 million rubles in 2005).

Social program of the Orsk refinery included several directions comprising health improvement program, upgrading of young specialists, retirement benefit scheme, voluntary health insurance, maintaining of social amenities, development of physical culture and sports, as well as work with veterans, corporate assistance and welfare activity.

One of the pivotal directions of social policy of the plant is housing program. In 2006 30 employees of the plant, mostly young specialists, received improved their housing conditions having received from the ONOS interest-free loans for the total amount of 25 million rubles.

The total sum of finance spent for the social program in 2006 exceeded 71 million rubles.

About 22,5 million rubles was disbursed within the framework of the traditional Agreement on Social Partnership with the administration of the city of Orsk. Among the most important projects there can be mentioned gasification of the villages Pobeda and  Krylovka. The plant rendered support to the city medical, educational, children’s and sports institutions: the city hospital, the city maternity  home, schools, oil technical school, boxing school and others.

General Director of the Orsk refinery, Vladimir Piliugin,  pointed out that their activity during the year 2006, as a part of “RussNeft” company, proved to be, first of all, very fruitful for development of ONOS. The employees of the refinery consider the Company’s objective to develop socially oriented business to be one of the most important indicators, which every worker can feel personally.

“The plant’s activity became more efficient, the refinery is working as a well-kept mechanism and this fact gives people confidence of professional potential of the whole team.

It is for the first time that the administration of the company made public the refinery development program for the next several years: construction of an isomerization plant, reforming separation block and others projects will enable ONOS to enhance the refining depth and to reduce the quantity of fuel oil. Nowadays measures are being taken in order to improve technical equipment of the plant, reduction of power consumption and oil products losses. Pursuing “RussNeft”’s policy the refinery will go on developing industrial and labor security, environmental programs, social activities”,  said Vladimir Piliugin.
