In 2007 “RussNeft” is Going to Increase Investments into Orenburg Region enterprises by 25%.

According to press-release of “RussNeft” the main task of the company in the Region is upgrading of Orsk refinery. It is planned to stabilize the volume of oil treatment at the refinery in 2008 at the level of 4.8 – 5 million tons. Last year this figure grew by 35% and amounted to 4.7 million per year. The program of upgrading of the refinery suggests for 2007 reconstruction of the plants preparing the stock for isomerization and reforming processes, construction of objects for improvement of the quality of gasolines and arrangements for producing gas oil Euro-4. As the results of the upgrading “Russneft”  is planning to increase oil refining depth to the level of 92% by 2013.

At the meeting Mikail Gutseriev mentioned that in 2006 “Neftemaslozavod” has launced a new line for industrial oils packing, implemented a number of measures aimed at reduction of  operational costs  which significantly raised production efficiency.  In 2007 it is planned to enhance the range of packed products - industrial oils.
In addition to that this year “RussNeft” is planning to start upgrading the net wprk of gasoline filling stations in the Region. In particular, the company is going to build 10 gas filling complexes.
