A meeting of ОАО NК "RussNeft" affiliates was held in Izhevsk on March 27-29, 2007 under the heading of "Analysis and ways to enhance the effectiveness of geologic and technical operations ".
According to "Belkamneft" press service, the city of
Vice – President for geology and development of ОАО NК «RussNeft» Victor Saveliev also confirmed, that the performance effectiveness of "Belkamneft" experts played its role while choosing a place for the meeting. It should be noted that, Victor Saveliev is very well acquainted with the energy sector of Udmurtia. Until recently Victor Saveliev has been holding the post of Vice Premier of republican government, being responsible for the Energy sector. Before taking this post he had worked in the institute "UdmurtNIPIneft".
