ОАО «Varieganneft» and the Municipality Administration of Radushny town signed a cooperation agreement.

The object of the Agreement is to develop cooperation between the entities of the Company and the Administration, which is aimed at further social and economic development of the territory of the municipal unity.
The Sides determined, that the investments of  ОАО «Varieganneft» to the municipal administration will amount to  7 million rubles this year. The Company undertakes financing of various programs, as well as sponsoring and doling social projects in the region of its operation. Programs that are socially significant for the Administration, are the following:
- program of education development;
- program of rehabilitation of disabled children;
 -«Healthcare»  program;
 -«The Young of the Town»program;
- program of culture and art development;
- program of physical training and sport development ;
- provision of urban amenities;
- financing of events related to public holidays including those of the municipal significance.
A distinctive feature of the Agreement, as compared to other similar agreements previously concluded, consists in financing programs which will be fulfilled together with the «RussNeft» Charity Fund.

Victor Kussmaul, head of the municipality unity of the Raduzhny town thanked the General Director of the entity, as well as «Russneft» corporate governance, for clear and timely fulfilement of operational, economic and social obligations of the Company to the Administration of the town. He equally expressed confidence, that the cooperation of the town together with ОАО NK «RussNeft», «RussNeft» Charity Fund and ОАО «Varieganneft» will become more fruitful and solid.
 
In his turn, the General Director of ОАО «Varieganneft», Leonid Zakharov underlined, that the partnership of the town together with «RussNeft» holding and its affiliate, ОАО «Varieganneft», is based on principals of mutual cooperation, which will ensure successful tackling of operational and social tasks of Raduzhny town.
