“ONOS” - produces more, pollutes less.
“ONOS” is, perhaps, the only company in Orsk which is always open for press and its administration satisfy professional interests of journalists in the fullest possible way. Similarly, last week at the traditional meeting of the General Director of OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez” (a subsidiary of OAO Oil & Gas Company “Russneft” )V.V. Piliugin with the representatives of Orsk mass media. In 2007 OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez” showed excellent results having refined 4 million 929.7 tons of oil stock which makes up 104.3% as compared to 2006.
Production of motor gasoline increased by 1.2% and made up 731 thousand tons. This figure includes: 177.9 tons of АИ-95, 354.6 thousand tons of АИ-92, 198.5 thousand tons of A-80.
At that the plant produced 6.78% high-octane gasoline than in 2006.
During the last year production of gas oil and lubricants also increased (1million 340 thousand tons and 137 thousand tons respectively). Last year the company undertook reconstruction of oil production block, two plans of the block are already repaired and the third one will be completed in the near future. Reconstruction and repair works at “ONOS” do not mean just replacement of the old equipment with new one, but are aimed at achieving economic efficiency, costs reduction, saving power resources, improving production quality.
In 2007 the company started the first stage of deeper oil conversion, which includes, in particular construction of reformate splitting, this technology will permit to produce gasoline of eurostandard E-3. The plant also started projecting isomerization plant , and by the end of the year relevant equipment is to be installed. The cost of implementation of all these measures was 16 million rubles and economic benefit amounted to 30 million rubles per month.
The company spent 120 million rubles on ecological programs. Due to nature protection measures and reduction of sources of contamination the quantity of pollutant discharges reduced by more than 600 tons. The second stage of refinery waters flotation was put into operation and this fact permitted to reduce substantially the content of oil products in the effluents.
“ONOS” assigned about 285 million rubles for replacement of worn out equipment. The company’s investments made up 1 billion 170 million rubles, and, in particular, investments into planned repair works amounted to more than 360 rubles. 50 thousand tons of worked-out bleaching earth and oil-contaminated soil was repaired and transferred into harmless wastes. This year the company will go on with construction of the on-spot loading rack for light oil products with complete utilization of noxious emissions which will affect most positively ecological situation in the city.
Social program of Orsk refinery was, as usual, aimed at several objectives. In 2007 29 employees of the company improved their living conditions, among them 29 families received loans for acquiring new flats. 8 people received financial assistance for repayment of loans (in amount of 16 million) which the workers took at banking institutions. The administration of the company supported the social program of the plant for 2008, there were assigned financial means for health promotion of the employees, private pensionary fund, voluntary medical insurance and other programs.
