In 2008 “Belkamneft” is going to produce 4 million tons of oil
In 2008 one of the largest oil producing companies of Udmurtia, OAO “Belkamneft” is planning to produce 4 million tons of “black gold”, which corresponds to the production level of 2007.
In total, last year the upstream companies of Udmurtia produced 10 million 360 tons of oil.
According to the director of “Belkamneft”, Yuri Fiodorov, the company manages to maintain the high level of production due to introduction of new technologies, putting into production new wells (during the last three years the company keeps leadership on this sphere – in 2007 32 wells were put into production and in 2008 it is planned to put in another 32 ones) as well as due to rational oil fields development systems: acid fracturing, slatted reperforation etc.
