It is stated in the report, that the Board of Directors of ОАО "Neftemaslozavod" recommended to the shareholders to make a decision at the annual meeting on April 18 of the distribution of dividends for 2007 on preferred stock in amount of 1,091 thous. Rubles 60 kopeckes per share with nominal value of 1 Ruble.
In total it is planned to spend 19 mln 703,38 thous. Rubles on distribution of dividends, and on development of production - 177 mln 328,86 thous. Rubles.
Dividends on preferred and common stocks for 2006 were not distributed, and all profit in amount of 51,53 mln Rubles was spent for development.
The ownership capital of ОАО "Neftemaslozavod" is 72,2 thous. Rubles, it consists of 54,15 thous. of common (75%) and 18,05 thous. preferred stocks with nominal value of 1 Ruble each.
ОАО "Neftemaslozavod" produces motor oil, industrial oil, lubricants, protective conservation materials and other derived oil and gas products.
