"Orenburgnefteproduct" is going to direct 90 % of profits for 2007 for the development
Orenburg. April, 29. INTERFAX-VOLGA REGION- According to the Company’s report, following the results of 2007 ОАО "Orenburgnefteproduct" (a subsidiary of NK "RussNeft") is going to pay out dividends only on preferred stocks in amount of 76,78 Rubles for the par value stock in amount of 0,5 Rubles.
This decision was made by the shareholders at the annual meeting on April, 18. According to the results of work dividends for 2006 were not payed out.
All in all for the payment of dividends there will be directed 13 mln 365 thous. 708,84 Rubles. The rest part of net profit in amount of 120 mln 287 thous. 705,16 Rubles will be directed for the development.
