Orsk petrochemists chose the best

21.06.2008 "Orsk vestnik"

In OAO "Orsknefteorgsintez" there was held a review competition "Best in profession". For more than a week the representatives of the basic working professions in oil refining - operators, engineers of manufacturing machinery, instrument men, lab assistants, mechanical trades, drivers - demonstrated their skills. The best of them fought out in hot contest. At times, the fate of the prize depended on the tenth of the point.

The competition at ONOS was held for the sixth time already. Every year the entry list is significantly renovated, and this contributes to the growth of the professional skills at the plant. Trainings, both on theory and practice, should be serious, because the score goes into minutes. It's necessary to work competently, accurately and quickly.
- Having such team we can reach any goals, - sayed General Director V.V.Pilyugin at the rewarding ceremony, - and he asked not to scrimp and to hand on the torch to the newcomers.
- In due time, you also adopted experience from the veterans, and being in their care you became good workmen, - he smiled.
Under applause Vladimir Vasilyevich bestowed diplomas and bonuses to the best professionals, and congratulated not only on the professional success, but also on increase of salaries, that is quite a good work incentive.
The second stage of the competition is forthcoming. With the assistance of "RussNeft" Company it'll be held on the territory of the Orenburg Neftemaslozavod in August. Our competitors have time to prepare and to show good results. Petrochemists make no doubt in the latter.
