"Varioganneft" is going to invest net profit for 2007 in development
Khanty-Mansiysk. June, 25. INTERFAX - The shareholders of ОАО "Varioganneft" (a subsidiary of OAO NК "RussNeft") at the annual meeting on June, 10 made a decision not to pay dividends according to the results of work in 2007, as it is said in the report of the enterprise.
Net profit for the last year in amount of 563,947 mln. Rubles the shareholders decided to invest in the development of the enterprise. According to the results of 2006 the Company didn't pay dividends, net profit in amount of 100 mln 479 thous. Rubles was also invested in the development.
At the meeting the shareholders approved annual accounts, elected the Board of Directors and the Board of Audit, approved the Auditor of the enterprise for 2008.
