«Saratovneftegaz» wins in the regional contest for the third year in succession
At the meeting of Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social-labour relations in the Regional Administration, Natalia Starshova, the Government Deputy Chairman, handed out awards to the winners of the 5th regional contest "Labour contract, productive efficiency are the basis for the protection of social-labour rights of citizens ".
The contest is held by the Tripartite Commission since 2004. To qualify for the contest can only those enterprises, which rigorously follow the provisions of labour contract, which show increase in production and lack of cases of employment accidents. In nomination for "The best labour contract in material sphere" OAO "Saratovneftegaz" won the game, the 2d place was given to OAO "VNIPI gas production", the 3d place - to OAO "SEPO-ZEM". «Saratovneftegaz» (a subsidiary of «RussNeft») wins this contest for the third year in succession. Social action program is dynamically developed in the enterprise: social privileges and protections are confirmed in labour contract. Every year millions of Rubles are invested in improvement of living and working conditions of the staff. A program of non-government pension coverage is realized in "Saratovneftegaz". The staff of the enterprise gets contributory Policy of the voluntary health insurance, and can take the cure in good clinics. The employees of the enterprise and their children have privileges at obtaining of sanatorium-resort hotel vouchers.
