Contest of genuine master hand

Contests, which are qualified to esteem professional knowledge and skills of the employees, without which oil-producing industry couldn't function properly, are held in "Belkamneft" for several years already.
Learning activities were carried on at the production sites of the Company - Vyatskoye, Zabegalovskoye and Chernovskoye oilfields. Their superiority in professionalism showed oil and gas production operators, mechanical trades on repair of processing units, teams for general and well servicing, operators of desalt and dehydrate units, drillers, lab assistants, pumping house machinists, drivers, electricians and others.
- Present and future of the Company is impossible without skilled labour of all employees: from ordinary worker to General Director. Thus, the main thing about this contest is that the oil workers once again showed their theoretical skills and abilities, which are required in their dayly labour, - considers General Director of ОАО «Belkamneft» Yury Fedorov.
Undoubtedly, highly knowlegeable specialists are required in all branches of economy, but for the oil industry, which is the backbone in the economy of the country, this matter is of greatest importance. Improving their profession skills, the participants of the contest benefit profit to all company: taking cue from the leaders, professional level of all divisions improves too. Such events pull all employees together, create atmosphere of kindness and inter-relief. So, there are no losers in the contest. And the employees, called the best in their profession, got not only respect of their colleagues and valuable prizes, but the right to participate in All-Russian competition in the name of "Belkamneft".
