About 2,5 mln tons of oil stock there was refined in the first half of 2008 by the subsidiary of "RussNeft" - OAO «Orsknefteorgsintez».
By the end of the year Orsk oil refinery is going to process up to 5 mln tons of oil, that will affect the efficiency of refining.
Vladimir Pilyugin, General Director of ОАО «Orsknefteorgsintez», tells:
"Volume of gasoline output amounted to more than 333 thous tons: АI-95 – 76 thous tons, АI-92 – 174, 2 thous tons, АI-80 – 83 thous tons."
The higher efficiency of the refining, the more fiscal charges to budgets of all levels. 65,5 mln Rubles were contributed by «Orsknefteorgsintez» to the municipal budget. All in all, for the first half of 2008 there was paid 1 bln 733 mln 294 thous Rubles.
Vladimir Pilyugin, General Director of ОАО «Orsknefteorgsintez», says:
"To the regional budget – more than 836 mln, to the federal budget – more than 776,5…."
At the same time, the work on output quality is going on. From the beginning of the year "RussNeft" has financed more than 460 mln Rubles on the programme of capital investments. In the framework of the investment programme of the enterprise, activities on modernisation of the enterprise are carried out, such as construction of units, that provide impoverishment of benzol and aromatic content in gasoline.
Vladimir Pilyugin, General Director of ОАО «Orsknefteorgsintez», explains:
"Special attention was paid to the environmental program, the costs in the first half of the year amounted to 21 mln Rubles…. "
In the framework of the environmental program, the main accent is made on the reduction of the hazardous emissions, disinfection of waste waters. The most important project is the construction of the scaffold of timing loading of light-oil products with comprehensive utilization of hazardous emission. «Orsknefteorgsintez» takes care not only about its town. The main treasure for the enterprise is its people. The social program of the enterprise is ambitious: health improvement of the employees and their families, advanced training, voluntary health insurance, etc. One of the most important directions of social policy is housing program. From the beginning of the year 23 workers could improve their living conditions. For these purposes the enterprise under support of "RussNeft" allocated more than 15 mln Rubles. In total, in the first half of 2008 «Orsknefteorgsintez» has spent more than 38 mln Rubles on social programmes.These are the results of the first half of the year, and the main task for the second half is to improve these results.
