"Saratovneftegaz" supports volleyball players
ОАО «Saratovneftegaz» (a subsidiary of «RussNeft») allocated 7 mln Rubles to the volleyball club "Proton - Balakovskaya Atomic Power Station" - a participant of EuroCups and female championship of Russia in Super League "A".
Within the scope of collaboration with the Administration of the Saratov Region, "Saratovneftegaz" actively develops its beneficent program. One of its main directions is a support of sport in the Region. The oil workers buy sporting equipment, there was constructed skate-park and children's playgrounds in the quay, gyms and swimming pools are being repaired.
«Saratovneftegaz» has invested in designing of Sport and Recreation Centre in the Soviet District. In 2007 they also supported Cup of Russia in auto-racing, that was held on Cosmonautics Day in the touchdown point of Yury Gagarin.
With the assistance of «Saratovneftegaz» there were organized several multi-region tournaments on kickboxing. Thanks to the help of the benefactors, our sportsmen have got a chance to participate in competitions in other regions of Russia and abroad.
