"Aganneftegazgeologia" won the competition of professional skill among Siberian enterprises of "RussNeft"

In professional competitions there took part about 100 workers from 11 enterprises: ОАО "Varieganneft", ОАО "Aganneftegazgeologia", ST ZAO "Goloil", ООО "Belyje Nochi", ОАО NАК "Aki-Otyr", ООО SP "Chernogorskoye", ZАО "Archneftegeologia", ООО "Mokhtikneft", ООО "Zapadno-Malobalykskoye", ЗАО "Tomskaya Neft", "Sobolinoye" Group of Companies. Contenders to the title "The Best in Profession" competed in 11 nominations; the professionals were specified among oil and gas production operators, lab assistants on physicochemical analysis, repairmen of oil-field equipment, drivers, electric and gas welders, technologic pumps engine drivers, electricians and operators on bore-hole surveying. As it was reported to "UralInformBureau" in PR-service of "Aganneftegazgeologia", the program of the review competition included 2 stages. The participants demonstrated their theoretical knowledge of production process, answered the questions on safety measures. Practical activities were carried out at Zapadno-Mogutlorskoye oil-field of OAO "Aganneftegazgeologia", where the committee could estimate professional skills of the participants at their performance of routine tasks. First in team classification were professionals from ОАО МPК "Aganneftegazgeologia" — their specialists took 9 top places. OAO "Varieganneft" were second (5 top places). ST ZAO "Goloil" and OOO "Zapadno-Malobalykskoye" were third with 4 top places each.
