Little bodies may have great souls

For this comparatively short time the enterprise has taken a worthy place among other oil producing companies. It would seem, that most recently the oil workers from "Aganneftegazgeologia" have reported of the production of the first million of "black gold". That day the date of the 4th of January 2004 became really historical. This date became the starting point of counting for millions. Showing itself to be a powerful oil production enterprise, now the company keeps hold of this position. And by the end of 2008 the oil workers from "Aganneftegazgeologia" are going to seriously approach a new target - 1 mln 900 thous. tons of produced oil. Roslavlskoye and Zapadno-Mogutlorskoye oilfields, where today there's an intensive production of oil, give a chance for success. Besides, there were obtained new license areas, resource base is being increased - thus, oil production will increase. Another reason for the pride was the news, that the enterprise was second in the contest "Black Gold of Ugra" in nomination "The most dynamically developing enterprise with oil recovery in amount of 5 mln tons of oil". And two workers of "Aganneftegazgeologia" have received the honorary degrees: Georgy Bakhtiyarov, the Chief Geologist, became the honored geologist of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous district - Ugra; and Vladimir Chubadko, the driver from OOO "Agan-Trans" (a subsidiary), became the honored transport worker of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous district - Ugra.
All this is, of course, a very good reason for a big holiday, which has taken place in Novoagansk. "Little bodies may have great souls", - said about the enterprise Andrey Shegimago, the Vice-President for geology, development and subsoil management of OAO NK "RussNeft" and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OAO MPK "Aganneftegazgeologia". The hard period of survival is behind, the Company is dynamically developing now due to the work of its employees and rich resources, which will be sufficient for years. Only for the last 10 years there were opened up 27 oil fields on the territory of the Autonomous District, and since 1962 thanks to the work of geologists from "Aganneftegazgeologia" there were struck 84 oil fields.
Congratulating the staff with the jubilee of the enterprise and professional holiday, Vladislav Maleev, the General Director of OAO MPK "Aganneftegazgeologia", thanked the oil workers for their work, professionalism and belief in success. Holiday bonus to every one became a significant present. The day before in the divisions of the enterprise there was made an award of the best workers of "Aganneftegazgeologia". The honored worker of oil and gas industry of the Russian Federation was recognized an operator and repair man Alexey Koryukov, the Father of the enterprise. For the merit before the district and considerable contribution in the development of Ugra fuel and energy industry the letter of gratitude from the name of the Governor of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous district - Ugra was handled to Yury Nikiforov, the driver of subsidiary OOO "Agan-Trans", Evgeny Pavlenko, repair man, and Vladimir Dolbilkin, operator of pump station.
Boris Salomatin, the Head of the Nizhnevartovsk District, handing over Diplomas of Merit, noticed, that all history of Novoagansk is closely connected with geologic exploration and oil production: "Thousands of people, who arrived in here, worked wonders. They are still living here, and they are proud of their second homes". Among these people are Alexander Borozdin, the Head of Transport Department, Galina Garkina, storeskeeper, Gennady Durov, the leading specialist...
Novoagansk village has lots of honored traditions. And all of them, in this way or another, are connected with the enterprise, which for many years makes Good Corporate Citizen. It means, that in the villages and towns there are built new houses, roads, native citizens obtain significant support. That's why Boris Salomatin and Pavel Derevyanko wished the oil workers further prosperity and stability.
In 2005 "Aganneftegazgeologia" became a subsidiary of NK "Russneft", thus "getting a short in the arm". The Management of the Holding, mentioning successes of the workers of the Company, nominated the best workers for "the Veteran of Work" of OAO NK "RussNeft". Among the nominees are the oil and gas production operator Andrey Vashchilin, the cook Nina Kuchinka, the driver Vasily Solomasov....
OAO NK "RussNeft" Diplomas of Merit were handed over the workers, who achieved success in their job.
By tradition, the square in front of the office of "Aganneftegazgeologia" turned into a concert playground. Novoagansk celebrated the occasion all day long. The groups from Nizhnevartovsk, Omsk, Chelyabinsk appeared before the footlights. The citizens of the village enjoyed the performance of Moscow artists - Yury Ignatov and vocal duet "Accord". During the holiday we got acquainted with other workers of "Aganneftegazgeologia" - Iliya Alfimov, operator of dewatering-and-demineralizing plant, and Elena  Rakova, commodity operator. They like to be a part of a "special profession" - "oil worker", they foresee prospects for the young and believe in themselves.
A-go-go party, broken for some time by the stunning salute, continued into midnight. And the second day of the week-end the workers have spent, by tradition, in the open air. Games, competitions, barbecue - all this makes the staff of the enterprise even more friendly and close-knit. Everyday work and new holidays are ahead.
