Under the Victory sign

The celebration began with the achievements of "Varieganneft", that is very symbolic: on the days, when the region commemorates production of the 9th billion ton of oil, it's impossible not to mention the contribution of "Varieganneft" into the general result, which, for 32 years, produced more than 197 mln tons of "black gold". These achievements became possible due to the professional skills and team spirit of the enterprise. "Varieganneft" is actively developing nowadays; it expands the horizons, keeps up old traditions and establishes new traditions.
Children are proud of their fathers' profession and they seek to follow the same way: lots of families work here, every year the enterprise engages the newcomers. Their dedication to work in oil industry took place at the solemn ceremony.
The first, who congratulated the workers, was Leonid Zakharov, the General Director of OAO "Varieganneft". He mentioned significant contribution of all team of the enterprise in production of the 9th billion ton of oil in Ugra; and he emphasized, that "Varioganneft" faces the future with optimism, because there's a number of positive possibilities, there's formed a production programme, and next year it's planned to put into operation Valyuninskoye oilfield, that will allow to constantly increase the level of oil production at Variegan Group of oilfields. By the way, there were already achieved significant results at these oilfields: since the beginnig of the year there was produced more than 1 mln tons of oil, that made 102,9% of the plan number. There was also made a programme, that would allow to hold down the stable level of oil production.
Andrey Shegimago, the Vice-President for geology, development and subsoil management of OAO "NK "RussNeft" emphasized the significancy of the production activity of the one of the oldest enterprises in West Siberia:
- We are a huge team of oilmen and gasmen who work for our common good. You were, are and will remain the leader of oil production at “RussNeft”. During the last years “Varioganneft” have been showing stable results, its production level; exceeded 1.5 million tons a year. Stability is a mark of mastership.  On behalf of the company I thank you for the great contribution you are making by your work. That is the reason why “RussNeft” achieved high results: in the current year only three companies in Russia  are showing stable growth of production and “Russneft” is numbered among these three companies. The plant has its prospects: it is planned that after putting into development of two new oilfields it will  achieve maximal production level. At present the corporate program of geological and exploration works for 2009 and further years is already formed up. We are goring to pass over to long-term planning. It is the time for strategic decisions.

The leader of the  united trade union of the plant Liubov Ulasenko also congratulated her colleagues. And after that medals for many years of professional scrupulous work were handed to the veterans of the plant.  Honorary title “Veteran of Labor”of OAO  NK “RussNeft”  was awarded to head of shift of Central Processing Facility V.I.Denisenok,
to the matron of CTRS L.D.Yelisova, deputy chief of Procurement Department R.N.Yurchenko, General Director of OOO “Construction and Mounting Department”Yu.A.Shevchenko, Deputy Chief of Production Equipment Repair Shop (OOO “URONO”) D.G.Shigapov. Honorary budges “Glory of Labor” were handedto the following persons: First category engineer N.A>Guseva, well exploration operator S.I.Ismailova, Chief of CNDG-9 S.B.Turakulov, head of section – chief mechanician of the service of  oil production equipment I.V.Chumachenko, head of storehouse of OOO “URONO” L.E.Zykova, drivers of OOO “UTT” M.S.Vlasenko? V/L/Ilalrionov, O.P.Yatsenko.

24 wokers of “Varioganneft” were awarded with honorary diplomas of Oil Company “RussNeft”. 19 workers were awarded with t honorary diplomas of “Varioganneft”. The next group of  decorates consisted of the winners of professional concourses held at the plant in May and June this year as well as the participants of the third regional parade-concourse  of OAO NK “RussNeft”. According to the opinions of the expert jury they demonstrated high theoretical and practical skills and high level of team work. The results of the concourses determined 22 prizes and 15 stimulating prizes. besides, in Auguist at the corporate concourswe the Team of “Varioganneft” got the second honorary place and proved, as usual, professional expertise of the plant’s personnel.

The sportsmen of the plant were also highlighted at the meeting. According to the words of the presenter Irina Afanassieva, they did not reach the Olympoc heights but proved that healthy way of life and sportive spirit meant a lot for successful work..

This year the plant and its subsidiaries will get substantial reinforcement:  24 young specialists came to the plant. It means that traditions will be kept on.  The novices were congratulated by the senior officers of Oil Company “RussNeft” and the Concil of Young Specialists. They gave a solemn oath and out their signatures on a special stand. This ritual has existed at “Varioganneft” for many years, it had been started in the USSR, and with the years passing it becomes more and more perfect. According tp Alexey Bolgov, Chairman of the Council of Young Specialists, the plant has all the conditions for professional and career growth and realization of potentials for the youths.  OAO “Varioganneft” is a reliable partner for the town, it helps in implementation of social projects , renders sponsor’s support to the plants of Raduzhnoye. First Deputy head of Raduzhnoye Sergeu Baskakov congratulated all the oilmen on the motive of their professional holiday and, on behalf of Victor Kussmaul handed honorary diplomas amd gratitude letters to the workers of the Joint Stock Company. He underlined that Oilman Day has become one of the most important dates among professional holidays. Governor of Yugra Alexander Filipenko awarded operator of technological units of CPF Svetlana Yakovleva with the honorary title of “Honorary Oil and Gas Worker of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District” for her considerable contribution in development of   Fuel and Energy Complex of the region and in connection with production of the 9-billionth ton of oil. The holiday was crowned by a concert of artists from Yekaterinburg.
