Tomsk. March, 2. INTERFAX - The Department for subsoil use and oil and gas complex development in Administration of the Tomsk Region told Interfax, with reference to the news item of the Company, that in 2009 ZАО "Tomskaya Neft" (a subsidiary enterprise of NК "RussNeft" (RTS: RUSN) is going to increase oil production by 18,6% as compared to the previous year - up to 268,689 thous. tons.
It's planned to ensure volume gain of oil production by means of drilling of eight wells at Stolbovoye oil-field.
In 2008 the Company put four wells into operation at Verkhne-Salatomskoye oil-field, but actually daily capacity turned out to be well below than it was expected. Thus, at well № 144 there managed to produce only 11,6 tons of oil per day as compared to the prospective production level in the volume of 20 tons per day.
The result is, that oil production volume at new wells in 2008 made 6,326 thous. tons. In 2009 "Tomskaya Neft" is going to reconsider field development simulation models and thus, to produce at new wells not less than 76,329 thous. tons of oil.
Apart from drilling, the enterprise will invest in site construction (158,4 mln Rubles); in purchase of equipment, that isn't included in construction estimate (132,45 mln Rubles).
ZАО "Tomskaya Neft" holds licenses for geological survey of subsurface resources, oil and gas production at Yuzhno-Maldzhinskoye, Stolbovoye, Grushevoye, Fedyushinskoye, Duklinskoye, Poselkovoye and Sobolinoye subsurface sites in the Tomsk Region.
