Oil chemists are getting ready for the period of repairs
Last year the company "RussNeft" invested a substantial sum - more than 400 thousand rubles into repair works at ONOS. This year, 2009, in spite of financial crisis and all the difficulties connected with it, repair of 4 plants is planned for April.
"Orsknefteorgsintez" is getting ready for planned repair works, which usually begin in spring. Repair works is a traditional term for oil processing branch, but it is not quite precise, because the plants are in good operational state. In our case it would be more precise to say "preventive maintenance". It means not only checking runnability of the equipment, but introducing of technical innovations, installation of upgraded devices. Raising the efficiency of production process and ensuring safety of work - these two essential tasks are performed simultaneously.
Last year eight technological plants underwent complete overhaul. At two more ones current repairs were done. More than 30 units of machine equipment were replaced, including heat interchangers, recievers, new units - grease filters, ventilation systems and many others were mounted.
Expertise of industrial security is planned as an integral part of production activity. In 2008 expert appraisal was given to reservoirs, part of the pipelines, fume stacks, hoisting machines, 222 open-heaters and vessels.
