Collective agreement of the subsidiary enterprise of NК «Russneft» - ОАО «Orsknefteorgsintez» - is the best in the Orenburg Region.

The organizers of the event were the Russian Federation of Independent Trade Unions in the Orenburg Region and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
Any enterprise with the ongoing collective agreement and without fatal cases on the factory floor in arrears could take part in the event. The participants of the event were divided in three groups: large manufacturing outfits (including ОNОS), minor industrial enterprises and state-financed organizations. The competition committee estimated every point of the collective agreement: that is labor safety, ecological program, social security system, etc.
This event is held not for the first time already. According to the results of 2007 OAO "Orsknefteorgsintez" was awarded second-place in two nominations: «The best collective agreement» and «The best cooperation in the youth field». A year later our enterprise could win in both nominations.
«It is safe to say, that it's not only award of the trade union committee, but of all enterprise, - says the President of the associate trade union committee Irina Maslova. - It is a satisfaction to know, that our enterprise is the best once again».
