In 2008 "Aganneftegazgeologia" increased net profit by 1,3 times
Khanty-Mansiysk. March, 30. INTERFAX - It's said in the report of the Company, that in 2008 ОАО "MPK "Aganneftegazgeologia" (Nizhnevartovsk, the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District) increased net profit by 1,3 times in comparison with 2007 - up to 3 bln 439,624 mln Rubles.
In the fourth quarter of 2008 "Aganneftegazgeologia" realized 452 mln 7 thous. Rubles of net profit, that is by 62% smaller, then in the third quarter.
The reduction of net profit in October-December occurred due to the reduction in yield and increase in miscellaneous expenses.
As it was already reported, the net profit in January-September 2008 increased by 1,7 times in comparison with the determinant of the same period in 2007 - almost up to 3 bln Rubles.
" Aganneftegazgeologia " develops 6 deposits in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District. Beginning April 2005 the equity production is consolidated in the total production of "RussNeft" group (RTS: RUSN) (holds 51% of shares).
