The company expands its cooperation with higher educational institutions
"Saratovneftegas" (a subsidiary of RussNeft) increased this year the number of students, undergoing internship at the plant, as compared with 2008: from the beginning of the year 25 students have become trainees at the company, their total number for the last year is 33.
"Saratovneftegas", being the major subsoil user of the region, traditionally provides practical training for students of various specialist trades: geologists, reservoir engineers, ecologists, constructors, accountants, lawyers, personnel managers, PR-managers, marketologists.
The most promising graduates come to the company to work. "Saratovneftegas" has a special program of developing young special;ists worked out for them, the most experienced employees are assigned to them as tutors. In 2008 24 young specialists worked at "Saratovneftegas" and its subsidiaries.
