"Russneft" continues to develop the net of gas filling stations in the Orenburg region.

In 2008 «Russneft» invested 148 million Rubles in programs on capital construction/ reconstruction of gas filling stations and oil depots in the Orenburg Region. Within the scope of this work, ОАО «Orenburgnefteprodukt» has reconstructed 6 gas filling stations and oil depots.

Besidesthere were started projects on reconstruction of 5 gas filling stations, construction of secondary economic entities in the oil depots and gas filling stations of ОАО «Orenburgnefteprodukt». There was performed capital repair and partial repair in 15 gas filling stations and 12 oil depots.

In 2009 “RussNeft” is going to invest heavily in construction and reconstruction of the units of «Orenburgnefteprodukt», significant funds will be given to the commissioning of 4 gas filling stations, which have been reconstructed in 2008; to the installation of machines controlling vapor concentration of oil products in the air; to the traffic signalization in the Orenburg oil depot. There was also planned to develop reconstruction projects of 3 gas filling stations, 8 projects on installation of machines controlling vapor concentration of oil products in the air of storage plants in the oil depots of ОАО «Orenburgnefteprodukt», as well as capital repair and improvement of the territory of gas filling stations and oil depots.

"RussNeft" is among the top ten oil and gas companies of the Russian Federation. In 2007 the production level made 14.2 million tons, throughput - 7.4 million tons. Total recoverable reserves exceed 630 million tons. "RussNeft" structure encompasses 21 extractive enterprises, 2 refineries, oil terminal in the Bryansk region, and also 96 gas filling stations in the Orenburg Region. The enterprises of the company are situated in 14 regions of Russia and CIS.

The authorized capital of the company makes 100 million Rubles. To this amoun there were issued 100 thous of ordinary shares par value 1 thous Rubles.
