In 2009 "Saratovneftegaz" is going to initiate drilling of one more well site at new Lusianinskoe field
Saratov. As it's said in press-release of "RussNeft" (RTS: RUSN), in 2009 ОАО "Saratovneftegaz" is going to initiate drilling of one more well site at new Lusianinskoe field, that was opened up in 2008.
The new field, being called Lusianinskoe in honor of Gennady Lusianin, the former General Director of "Saratovneftegaz", is situated in Engels District of the Saratov Region, 10 km away from Saratov.
In 2008 during the well test there was received the fountain oil inflow with the average daily flow rate of 95 cubic meters. In 2008 in the oil field there were carried out seismic works 3D, which allowed to estimate the reserves and to choose the location of the next exploratory well.
It's also said in press-release that in 2008 "Saratovneftegaz" has opened up the new deposit near Belokamennoe field.
The capital reserves of "Saratovneftegaz" in 2008 made 620,293 million Rubles, for drilling works there was invested 119, 92 million Rubles. The amount of taxes and other payments of "Saratovneftegaz" in budgets of all levels grew by 39% - up to 5,318 billion Rubles.
Today the enterprise develops 43 oil fields in 14 Districts of the Saratov Region, and also in Staropoltavskoe District of the Volgograd Region.
Oil output in 2008 made 1,092 million tons, gas recovery - 427,997 million cubic metres at planned 391,816 million cubic meters.
In 2009 "Saratovneftegaz" will continue work on modernization of its structure, increase in efficiency, reduction of production and managerial costs under the crisis management measures.
The net profit of "Saratovneftegaz" in 2008 grew in comparison with 2007 by 3,1% - up to 1,019 billion Rubles. The net wealth increased during the year up to 997,477 million Rubles.
As it was reported, during the annual meeting the shareholders of the Company decided not to pay dividends for 2008 and retained income in the amount of 1,033 billion Rubles, but to direct them for the development.
OJSC Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft" possesses 96,0899% of the authorized capital of "Saratovneftegaz" (99% ordinary shares). This holding of shares is in the nominal holding of the Savings Bank of Russia (RTS: SBER) (Moscow).
