Ulyanovskneftt” put into test production the first stage of PWRU “Mordovoozerskoye”
Ulyanovsk. OAO “Ulyanovskneftt” ( a subsidiary of OAO NK “RussNeft”)has put into test production the first stage of preliminary water removal unit (PWRU) “Mordovoozerskoye” at Mordovoozerskoye oil-and gas field., says the company's press-release.
The unit is equipped with an up-to-date system of remote transmission of the means of measurement, signalization and protection.Two vertical steel tanks with the capacities of 1000 and 2000 cbm are put into operation at Mordovoozerskoye oilfield. Three pump stations A 13 B were replaced by one pump station CPS, in order to prolong periods before repairs and to simplify maintenance of the units. NK “RussNeft” is interested in further introduction of new technologies, development of engineering infrastructure and use of modern equipment at the oilfields with hard to recover hydrocarbon reserves in the conditions of high watering and reduction of flow rate of the wells. These measures permit to raise oil recovery, increase efficiency of work and reduce production cost of oil RussNeft is numbered among top ten oil and gas enterprises of the RF. Annual production volume in 2007 reached the level of 14.2 million tons. Annual throughput of the refineries amounts to 7.5 million tons.
