"Saratovneftegas" started implementatin of the program of IT-infrastructure development

In May 2009 there were establised  two high-speed data links between the facilities of the plant. The first fiber-optic communication link connected the head office of "Saratovneftegas" with the departments and subsidiaries in the district center "Stepnoye" in Saratov Region. According to the report, implementation of the program of IT-infrastructure development at "Saratovneftegas" will ensure  quicker delivery of information from the oilfields to the head office, which will assist to accelerate the process of making management decision, increase efficiency and transparency of management, reduce production costs within the frames of antio-crisis measures.
