ОАО «Belkamneft» brings into test operation heat generator ВТГ-100
Izhevsk. ОАО «Belkamneft» (the subsidiary enterprise of OJSC Oil and Gas Company «RussNeft») has brought into test operation heat generator ВТГ-100, which provides heating of oil in the course of acceptance tests – says the press-service of the enterprise.
This technical innovation allows to refuse from heating of oil with the help of line heaters, thus minimizing expenses for hydrocarbon production.
The heat generator ВТГ-100 was activated in July 2009 and the first days of its production activity have shown a number of advantages, which the new facility has in comparison with the previously used oil heating systems. First of all, it is low costs of the unit together with its simple design and possibility of application in the limited area. It should also be mentioned, that the new facility allows to heat oil in the course of the delivery - acceptance activities that makes technologic operating process maximum efficient.
The employees of ОАО «Belkamneft» consider, that testing of generator ВТГ-100 will give positive result. In view of the results of production testing there will be made a decision on the use of the similar equipment in the crude oil delivery and acceptance points instead of the expensive and metal-intensive oil heating systems.
