"Aganneftegazgeologia" started on-line control over the oil fields

On the basis of SCADA there were installed automated control systems over oil extraction processes "Region-2000" and oil treatment processes Iconics GENESIS. Today the wells of Mokhtik, Chernogorskoye and Zapadno-Mogutlorskoye oilfields are operating under control of these systems. The systems "Region-2000" and Iconics GENESIS allow to carry out remote control over production facilities, clusters and wells, and also to collect, store and process information. The systems work in real-time mode. The specialists exercise on-line control and analysis over the operating process that allows to raise managerial efficiency.
SubPUMP, Perform and Pipesoft-2 complexes of application software HIS, implemented in the enterprise, enable to choose the required high-grade downhole equipment and to perform analysis of the wells potential when planning geological and technical actions. Today the software system OilInfoSystem, which units several software products allowing to perform control over oil-and-gas extraction, to analyze well stock work, is also successfully operating.
"Aganneftegazgeologia" also has subsurface monitoring system, which is used for the efficient control over subsurface use in the license areas. This system helps specialists to solve the problems on improving of the exploration works, to estimate raw-materials base of the license areas situated in different regions and belonging to the enterprises united in single corporate structure.
Special attention is paid both to the computer automation of the oil fields and to the improvement of the computer and telephone networks in engineering buildings. In "Aganneftegazgeologia" there was accomplished modernization of the domain-network infrastructure and today any user can work in any computer at his/ her profile.
Application of new technologies allowed the oil workers to reduce production costs and to get more complete and true information about the work process in real-time mode.
