“ Aganneftegasgeologia” introduces energy-conserving technologies.
Nizhnevartovski District, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. OAO MPC “Aganneftegasgeologia” (a subsidiary of Oil and Gas Company “RussNeft”) developed a purpose-oriented program for applying energy-conserving technologies. According to the information “Uralinformbiuro” received from the press-service of “Agannefyegasgeologia”, the program is already functioning at Chernogorskoye oilfield of oil-extracting enterprise “Chernogorneft”.
The systems of pipeline heating with heater cables, automated group metering units, local automatic blocks and tele-mechanics of the enterprise have been transferred to automated regulation. Selection of submersible motor for ESP unit is optimized. Production facilities are equipped with temperature sensors and in the offices and swing rooms power-saving lamps are substituted for filament bulbs.
In the past years the oil-extracting enterprise consumed about 6 megawatt per hour. In 2009 the energy consumption level fell to 5.2 megawatt. Due to energy-conserving technologies only at the shop “Chernogorsky” 400 000 rubles are being saved monthly. This is a very important fact under the conditions of global financial crisis and growing tariffs for energy carriers.
