OAO «Belkamneft” introduces new equipment at oil tr4eatment plant “Buranovo”
Izhevsk. OAO “Belkamneft”, within the frames of the project of reconstruction of oil treatment plant “Buranovo” has put into operation a vertical steel tank with the capacity of 100 cubic meters (PBC 100).
Before the tank was put into operation РГС-200 “Belkamneft” had used had used for preliminary water disposal a horizontal setting tank PГС-200 which had not provided stable oil and deposit water quality.
Introduction of new equipment permitted to change substantially to the best the technology of the oil treatment plant. The process of oil and deposit water treatment was improved at the account of making the time of water-and-oil emulsion depositing 3.5 times longer. It permitted to bring the content of oil products in deposit water to normative values and to treat and deliver the oil of first quality group to OAO “SZMN” on a stable basis.
In future the company is planning to construct Central production Facility at the Central oilfield, preliminary water removal uni “Bygi” and preliminary water removal unit at Patrakovskoye oilfield.
