OAO "Belkamneft", a subsidiary of OAO NK "RussNeft" is upgrading the patterns and processes of oil metering
Izhevsk. In connection with the changed requirements on the part of OAO "Transnaft" to the quality of commercial oil metering OAO "Balekamneft" is upgrading the patterns and processes of oil metering, industrial security of storage systems and oil transport at crude oil delivery and acceptance points (CODAP) "Chernovskoye", "Debesy", "Khmelevka", Malaya Purga", reports the press-service of the company.
Thanks to this work efficiency and smoothness of oil delivery as well as safety and accuracy of oil metering have grown considerably. It is also important that the new patterns and systems of metering permit to enhance acceptance and pumping of oil as well as throug-put capacity and safety of transportation. And, lastly, the system of informatioon processing and transferring, remote controle of the objects of the pipeline have also changed.
OAO "Belkamneft" is planning to further upgrade the patterns and processes of oil metering by way of switching to complete automation of the process of inspection, control of metrological performance and section isolation valves of transport system facilities at its CODAP. It is planned to start engineering and reconstructing of metering stations at CODAP No 260 "Chernovskoye", N0 261 "Debesy", No 830 "Khmelevka", No 607 "Kuterem".
