«Orsknefteorgsintez» honors, loves and respects its veterans
Orsk. ОАО "Orsknefteorgsintez", the subsidiary enterprise of OJSC Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft", has invested this year more than 3 million Rubles in support program of retired employees of the enterprise. Support of veterans is one of the basic trends in social policy of the enterprise. About 2300 non-working pensioners are registered in the veterans' administration of the enterprise. The oil refinery, where many pensioners have worked for more than 20, 30 and even 40 years, doesn't set them aside.
Every year «RussNeft» allocates funds for financial support of the non-working pensioners of "Orsknefteorgsintez". On a quarterly basis 330 people draw additional corporate pension through non-state pension fund. About 240 thousand Rubles was spent on material assistance to the Victory Day for veterans and workers on the home front. In September there was also spent 2 million Rubles on material assistance to the International Day of the Elderly.
But concern for veterans is not limited only to money payments. ОАО «Orsknefteorgsintez» organizes for the veterans different events, meetings with the prospective oil workers - the oil college students, organizes concerts and gives presents. The members of the veterans' administration visit participants of the Great Patriotic War, workers on the home front and severely disabled, they also provide assistance to the veterans.
