In 2009 "RussNeft" is going to invest 55 million Rubles in program on liquidation of oil-contaminated waste in the Saratov Region
Saratov. It's said in the report of the Company that in 2009 Oil and Gas Company "Russneft" is going to liquidate 5 sludge tanks (temporary storing positions for oil-contaminated waste) in the enterprises of its subsidiary OAO "Saratovneftegaz"
In the past several years under a special target program, "Saratovneftegaz" consistently carries out activities on liquidation of oil-contaminated waste. In 2009 it’s supposed to invest 55 million Rubles in realization of this program.
Today within the framework of this program the work on biorecultivation of oil sludge in 5 sludge tanks, situated in Lysogorsky, Marksovsky, Sovetsky and Tatishchevsky districts of Saratov Region, comes to an end.
It's said in the report that implementation of this program will improve environmental situation in the oil fields of OJSC Oil and Gas Company «RussNeft» in the Saratov Region.
