Net profit, RAS of Oil and Gas Production Department "Penzaneft" in the III quarter of 2009 grew 1.5 times up to 57.493 million rubles from 39.152 million rubles in the II quarter of 2009. So says the company's report.
OAO "Oil and Gas Production Department Penzaneft" was set up in 1993, it is engaged in oil production and sale. The charter capital amounts to 4.851 million rubles and is divided into 4851460 shares 1 ruble nominal value each. The main shareholder of the company is OAO NK "RussNeft", the owner of 51% of its shares.
