"RussNeft" has set the rate of 13% per annum for the 9th and 10th coupons of 1-Series bonds

The redemption date of the 9th coupon is June 11, 2010; of the 10th coupon - December 10, 2010.
As it was reported earlier, in December 2008 "RussNeft" has bought in the offer practically all issue of 1-Series bonds in the amount of 7 billion Rubles. Under the offer the investors have presented to redemption bonds in the amount of 6,971 billion Rubles. It was said in the report of the Company that under the debut bond issue "RussNeft" has entirely fulfilled its obligations on the offer.
In December 2005 the Company has placed the debut bond issue in the amount of 7 billion Rubles with the coupon rate (1st - 6th coupons) of 9,25% per annum for the first three years. The bonds of the issue have 10 semiannual coupons. Expecting the offer "RussNeft" has set the rate of 12% per annum for the 7th and 8th coupons.
