The debut bond issue of RussNeft includes 7 million security papers in nominal value of 1 thousand Rubles. It was assigned state registration number 4-01-39134-Н dated November 24, 2005. Maturity of bonds - 5 years. The bond issue provides for the payment of semiannual coupons. The rates of the 1st - 6th coupons make 9.25% per annum, of the 7th and 8th - 12% per annum, of the 9th and 10th are defined by the issuer. The sponsor is Alfa Bank.
