A conference of young specialists took place in "Aganneftegazgeologia"
Nizhnevartovsk district, Yugra. Annual research and practice conference of young specialists took place in ОАО MPK "Aganneftegazgeologia" (the subsidiary enterprise of Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft"). The main goal of the conference was to involve the young specialists in solving of the current problems of the enterprise, to support and encourage their strivings for innovations.
The scientific works of young specialists were represented in different sections - from geology and work safety to business maintenance. When evaluating the project there was taken into account its relevance, novelty, technical solution, and also originality of its presentation.
As it was reported to "UralInformBureau" in press-service of "Aganneftegazgeologia", the winner in section "Reservoir Geology and Oil field development" became geologist Vyacheslav Zheleznyak. His project "The use of downhole transmission of liquids to provide the necessary injection to the pumping wells of the northern part of Mokhtik oilfield" was considered to be the most relevant and innovative.
The record keeper Gulnara Shamsutdinova won the first place in section "Business maintenance". Her work "Improvement of documents circulation in OAO MPK "Aganneftegazgeologia" on the basis of Microsoft Office" was considered to be efficient and necessary for the implementation in the enterprise.
Olga Shapovalova, the economist, also became the winner. She made a project "Optimization of Cash flow budget process ". Other win projects were presented by Andrey Vorontsov, the engineer, Peter Korshunov, the electrician, and Sergey Sergeev, the lead engineer for work safety.
All the winners have been awarded with the diplomas and bonuses.
