Saratov. OAO "Saratovneftegas", a subsidiary of OAO NK "RusNeft" has summed up the results of social commitments fulfilment within the frameworks of collective labor agreements. The costs in this field in 2009 amounted to 34.2 million rubles.

assigns funds for organization of cultural and sport events, for purchasing vouchers to sanatories and resorts, for childrens' leisure.
"Saratovneftgas" also renders material aid to its employees and veterans (benefits in connection with medical treatment, wedding, birth of child etc.) Besides, the company effects extra payments to female employees on maternity leave. The employees engaged at hazardous and hard work are supplied with milk.
