In 2009 "Orsknefteorgsintez" assigned more than 8 million rubles for implementation of sponsored and charity programs.

Within the frame of a longstanding cooperation with the municipality of Orsk "Orsknefteorgsintez renders help in implementing social and economic programs. Thus, on the request of the town, administration OAO NK "RussNeft"  assigned 7 million rubles for purchasing bitumen necessary for construction of a motorway and a bridge between to micro districts, which is an important  traffic interchange for the town.  Construction of this motorway permitted to free the center of the city from heavy transport and direct it to a bypass highway. Availability of the new motorway improved traffic capacity in the East of the Orenburg region. Besides, ONOS systemstically invests funds in gasification of micro districts of Orsk thus contributing to solution of this important problem facing the town.

Orsk refinery assigned more than 400 thousand rubles for implementation of charity programs: help to veterans, invalids, orphans. It also allocates money for emergency needs of educational institutions: basic repair,  fire-safety measures. Financial support is rendered to children's sport institutions,

In 2010 the company will  go on implementing charity and sponsored programs in Orsk.
