“Varioganneft” fulfilled social commitments based on the results of work in 2009
Raduzhniy, Khanty-Mansi Autonomus Okrug. OAO “Varioganneft”, a subsidiary of OAO NK “Russneft”, has fulfilled its social obligations. The costs in this field based on the results of work in 2009 amounted to 43.2 mln. rub., press service of the enterprise informed.
Within the frames of this activity the enterprise assigned funds for children’s leisure, cultural and sport events, material aid to its employees (benefits in connection with holidays, anniversary celebrations, surgical treatment, monthly benefit payments on maternity leave, funerals of relatives, pension benefits).
Annually “Varioganneft” renders significant funds to the implementation of the program of support of young specialists. In 2009 the enterprise paid one-time benefits and rental costs.
The enterprise also continued the implementation of comprehensive voluntary health insurance program aimed at sanatorium-and-spa treatment, improvement of employees’ health.
Besides, in March 2010 a new Collective agreement was concluded for three year term (till 2013). The wording of the agreement didn’t change substantially. A package of social benefits was preserved. The version of the Collective agreement proposed by the delegates of collective-contractual conference was accepted unanimously.
OAO “Varioganneft” is integrated into OAO NK “Russneft”.
The enterprise is developing 8 oilfields at Khanty-Mansi AO and Yamal-Nenets Autonomus Okrug: Varioganskoye, Kalinovoye, Yuzhno-Kalinovoye, Novo-Aganskoye, Valiunnskoye, Tagrinskoye, Zapadno-Varieganskoye, Yuzhno-Yaraynerskoye. As of 1.01.2010 their recoverable reserves amount to 174 mln. tons. The level of annual production output of the enterprise in 2009 was 2 mln. 286 thousand tons.
