Annual general Meeting of shareholders of "RussNeft" was held.
Moscow. On Monday at the annual meetimg shareholders of "RussNeft" elected the head of the company its founder Mikhail Gutseriev and appointed the new board of directors in number of 14 people.
The Board of Direcors includes six representatives of "RussNeft": Mikhail Gutseriev, Oleg Gordeev, Sergei Bakhir, Dmitry Romanov and Mikhail Shishkhanov, Maxim Kaliuzhny.
Five people were appointed from Joint-Stock Financial Corporation "Sistema", owning 49% of the shares of "Russneft" : Leonid Melamed, Sergei Drozdov, Anton Abugov, Irek Badertdinov and Igor Marchenko.
Sberbank, one of the major creditors of the company is represented in the Board of Directors by Ashot Khachturiants. Earlier it was supposed that the bank will appoint two representatives and "RussNeft" only five ones.
Oil trader "Glencore" is represented in the Board of Directors by Vladimir Shcherbak and Aleksandr Biard.
The shareholder appointed the auditor of the company for 2010: LLC "Auditorskaya Firma "Aval".
