“RussNeft” introduced ESM-system Directum
Moscow. Directum Company informed publicity that ESM-system Directum has been introduced in “RussNeft”. To create online circulation of documents and automation of cooperation the management of “RussNeft” decided to implement ESM-system Directum in spring in 2010.
The project started in June in 2010 which includes detailed research of business processes of the company, creating project decisions based on Directum and the automation of all key processes of cooperation and circulation of documents of the company.
Employees of Directum implement delivery and introduction of the system. According to plan the first stage of the introduction will be completed in August in 2010. As it is expected “RussNeft” will get full-fledged instrument of the management of cooperation and circulation of documents which will allow to optimize and develop internal processes of the company and bring them tosignificantly new level.
